This is not a legal agreement between you and TheCBK, however, if you access the website, TheCBK has the reserved right to suspend any accounts, emails, etc. that you have associated with "TheCBK." For example, paying no heed to these rules can result in your CBK account being suspended, the suspension of email notification via subscription service, and/or revocation of your ability to access our forums and community chat. Thus, if you do not agree to respect all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “TheCBK”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “TheCBK” after changes mean you agree to follow these terms as they are updated and/or amended.  By posting and/or joining “TheCBK” you agree to these Terms of Service/Privacy Policy/Rule(s). You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “TheCBK” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “TheCBK” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, “TheCBK” shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. You agree not to spam or repeatedly advertise material of your own or of another's unless given permission as a third party contributor. As a user you agree to all rules, terms and/or policies stated in the information of “TheCBK”. All information is subject to change.

As a member, you agree not to abuse extra services offered to you by "TheCBK." This includes our Skype messaging service. You agree not to repeatedly use a certain phrase, promote yourself or others, or commit any other action that would be considered spam. By using this service you are also required to abide by the Skype terms of service. All terms stated above in correlation with the website, if applicable, do apply for our Skype messaging service. Abuse of this service will lead to you being blocked by "TheCBK" on Skype and if deemed necessary, suspension of your CBK account. Another feature included with membership is the ability to submit articles to be posted to "TheCBK." By using this service, you agree not to submit anything non-chess related, as well as anything that violates the terms of useage for our website as a whole, such as posting obscene, vulgar or slanderous things, or commiting any actions violating law, whether it be the law of your own country, the country "TheCBK" is hosted in, or International Law. You are also asked not to spam our submission with the same article, as we will get the chance to review all articles.

 

“TheCBK” does not collect any personal information for personal use of the owners and/or profit.  All information collected by “TheCBK” may be sent to third-parties and/or Wix, the domain host. By accessing “TheCBK”, you agree that all information collected will be used at the owners’s discretion.
